We understand that for many families, bereavement is one of the most traumatic events one can face. Our experienced funeral arrangers assist you professionally throughout the planning of the funeral, in line with Buddhist customs and cultural traditions, helping you each step of the way. Since there are a number of Buddhist movements, we will work with you to establish your exact requirements, for example, some families may want a monk present at the time of encoffining whilst others may not. Also, you may wish to honour a specific waiting period between death and cremation to enable the deceased’s soul to transition. We will work with you to understand exactly what is needed and wanted.

Each of our funeral options (noted below) can be customised for Buddhist funeral traditions. In our experience, it is most common for Buddhists to opt for the direct cremation option and add to it where necessary (if at all).
