I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and professionalism shown by Harrison Funeral Home during the arrangement and carrying out of my son Paul’s funeral. He was only 48 and losing him has been the hardest experience of my life, but the team at Harrison’s made the process as smooth and comforting as it possibly could be.
From the very beginning, Natasha handled the arrangements with warmth and compassion. She guided me through each step, explaining everything clearly and making sure that my son’s service would reflect exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge, empathy and attention to detail helped alleviate much of the stress during such a difficult time.
On the day of the funeral at Enfield Crematorium, Lee was exceptional in leading the arrangements. His calm and composed manner was reassuring, and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Lee’s quiet professionalism ensured that the day went exactly as planned, allowing my family to focus on saying goodbye to my son without worrying about anything else.
A very special mention must go to Roya Collins, the officiant/celebrant, who truly captured the heart of the occasion. Roya struck the perfect balance between solemnity and celebration of my son’s life. She listened carefully to everything we shared about him, and it was as though she had known him personally. The tone was just right —respectful, heartfelt, and uplifting in moments that brought a sense of peace. Many attendees remarked on how beautifully she led the service, and I couldn’t agree more.
The dove release at the end of the funeral was a wonderful touch as well – thank you Lambert’s White Dove Release.
I wholeheartedly recommend Harrison Funeral Home for their compassion, expertise, and care. The team, especially Mark, Natasha, Lee, and of course Roya, went above and beyond to honour my son’s memory in the most beautiful way possible. I will always be thankful for the care they provided during this incredibly difficult time.

I spent ages looking for funeral homes before I came across Harrison. I spoke to Liz on the phone and she was very helpful and as we needed the service on a specific date she helped make sure we could have it on that day. When we went up to Winchmore Hill to sign the papers she was very friendly and made a very difficult experience actually quite pleasant. Sadly she did go on holiday after that but the other young lady we dealt with was still very accommodating over the phone as we arranged to send flowers etc. On the day of the service I was very happy with the whole thing. I had given them a list of music which had been passed on to the chapel director with no issues. Then when the cars arrived there were coffin bearers all dressed very smartly and funeral director that I hadn’t met before but who was very nice and handed out the order of services for me. Would definitely recommend Harrisons funeral home 100%.

I wanted the best treatment for my mum and having chosen Harrison’s know I made the right choice. The staff who collected mum were so professional and respectful. [We] used Harrison’s funeral Services Enfield Hertford Road for my father’s funeral. This was upon a recommendation from a friend.
We were naturally emotional nervous and apprehensive with our initial meeting with Natasha. However from the outset she put us at ease with her kind manner. She was informative and answered all our questions and concerns through out this difficult process. She kept us informed at all the stages. This was a Greek Orthodox Funeral and certain religious rituals are required, however Natasha assured us they were aware of these. We cannot praise her enough . From start to finish everything went smoothly. We would also like to thank Lee and his team who guided us on the day of the burial with understanding and patience. Recently, I had the sombre task of organising a funeral for my late brother. During this emotionally trying time, I was fortunate enough to be guided by Natasha from Harrison’s Funeral Services [Enfield]. From our initial conversation, it became evident that Natasha possessed a profound sense of empathy and compassion. She listened with patience and understanding as I explained my situation. Initially, our plans were centred around a cremation. However, in due course, I had a change of heart, preferring a burial. Even though Natasha had made preparations for the cremation, she seamlessly shifted her efforts to accommodate my new wishes. She displayed incredible dedication to ensuring that all was in line with my requirements. Throughout the process, Natasha was an exemplary communicator, liaising diligently with the priest, the council, florists, and the team managing the order of service. Every single detail was looked after with precision and care. A particularly poignant moment for me was visiting my brother in the casket. Natasha was there with me, providing unwavering support and guidance. It would be remiss of me not to mention her outstanding team of undertakers. Their professionalism shone through at every juncture. Lee, in particular, deserves commendation for his efficiency and the highly organised manner in which he worked. In essence, my experience with Harrison’s Funeral Services, steered by the compassionate and dedicated Natasha, was truly exceptional. At a time of profound grief, their support was invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend their services for those in need.

When we walked into the Harrison [Winchmore Hill] office the day after my father died, we really had no idea what we were doing or what to expect but from day one they helped us through the whole process. When I lost my brother my whole world seemed upside down, I didn’t know what to do or what was going to happen.
I approached the Harrison branch with my sister and nephews, and from entering to leaving everything was arranged and sorted out. I spoke with several companies before coming across Harrisons and after talking to Rachel, I just knew dad would be in good hands with them. Instantly, Rachel organised to meet us and from here on was in touch with us on a daily basis, organising what turned out to be quite a difficult process. She liaised with the hospital and coroner, keeping us up to date each step of the way. Rachel made what was our most difficult task to date as pleasant as it could be. She walked us through the process step by step and was so patient, kind and caring throughout! A real credit to the company!
The funeral day was magical and went without a hitch. Dave and his team were professional and understated; a great support without standing out and therefore let it all be about Dad and the family.
The following week Dave attended the scattering of Dad’s ashes and brought doves for the grandchildren to release. It was comforting seeing Dave again which is a testament to the support we received from the whole team.
I can not recommend Harrison Funeral Home Highgate more. I hope not to need their services again any time soon, but when I do I will certainly be back!

I have just been involved in the funeral arrangements for a close friend. Bradley at Harrison was incredibly helpful and supportive. With his guidance a wonderful celebrant, Roya, was appointed, and we were guided through the who process professionally and smoothly.
Every aspect of the funeral went to plan. David and his team of pallbearers arrived exactly to time and the hearse was walked slowly past her home before heading to the crematorium.
I can not speak highly enough about the excellent caring service.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Bradley is at the Funeral Home. My dad died suddenly on Wednesday and we were in an utter mess wondering how to bury my Dad and how best to give him the send off he deserves. On the morning of my Dad’s death they took my father with dignity and care and made his bed as if he had just got out of bed. This funeral home has been an absolute god send in our time of great need. I strongly suggest to anyone that is looking for a funeral home for their loved one to come only here, not to go to other homes. They are there for you every step of the way
The help and advice from the team and the lovely service personally orchestrated, was not only memorable but made my husband Dave / Steve’s father’s funeral deeply moving and beautiful. Harrison’s bearers were very smart and positive. The team made certain that we could have my husband’s beloved pet at the service. She also helped with some last minute medical papers so the funeral could go ahead smoothly. The flight of the doves at the end was a wonderful experience. Also, to be given a Memorial Book to commemorate my husband’s passing was a lovely gesture. I cannot sing their praises enough on how gentle and considerate my son and I were treated from beginning to end of what is a very traumatic sad time by Harrison Funeral Home. They are there for you every step of the way. On a more spontaneous note my fickle funeral wise sister in law said it was the most wonderful funeral she had ever been to, and at 80yrs she has experienced a few. It hardly seems possible that eight weeks have passed from when such a very precious lady flew with her Angels. It also feels like only yesterday we were all gathered for the Celebration of Life that she so deserved.
Mum would have been so pleased with her wonderful ‘send off’ and so grateful that donations totalling £550 were gifted in her name to Bridge House. Mum yearned for her little legs to be strengthened so that she could physically help the other residents’ in care but she’s been able to assist them in a different way now as the money will be used towards social occasions for them all.
May we take this opportunity to say how pleased we are to have been ‘guide’ through your door on the 16th May. Mum was so precious to us and we were able to entrust her with total confidence to your Funeral Home. It is so important for a family to know their loved one is being treated with dignity and respect and we are confident Mum was dealt with in this way at a very high level whilst in your care. So far as Mum’s loved ones are concerned, in our hour of need we received nothing but kindness, understanding, consideration, guidance and compassion that ran alongside professionalism and dedication. You worked with us towards a Celebration of Life Mum could look down on with pride and we thank you so much for your loving efforts. May we also extend our gratitude for being part of the family on 26th May. We will be grateful to you always.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Mary McNeilly at Harrison’s in Highgate. This is the second funeral Mary has done for me in the past year and I must say, I would NEVER go anywhere else. Mary is such a beautiful, compassionate and very professional lady. She goes to the end of the earth and more for you and takes all the pressure out of what is a very upsetting and distressing time for families. A HUGE thank you
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at Harrison’s who looked after my husband Jim and me so brilliantly.
Jim died suddenly at home at just 53, so obviously it was a huge shock. I have never planned a funeral before and was terrified. After ringing around the Co-op and a few others, none of them would meet the requirements: a hearse to house, and viewing. But once my daughter spoke to Donna and after our meeting, we felt totally at ease and even managed a few laughs. We got to say goodbye to him in the chapel and Donna even grabbed some small steps so I would be tall enough to give him a last kiss. On the day of the funeral I was scared to go outside as there were so many people waiting, but Dave told me he would come and get me when it was time – he even let us walk behind him and they put the service through the speakers for those outside to hear. [Dave] is such a lovely fella and Donna feels like family now.
I just wanted to say the hugest thank you for helping us get through this terrible time.
We have told absolutely everyone how great your funeral parlour and team are.

Excellent care through the whole process
My sister and I are very grateful for all the support and patience that all the staff at Harrison Funeral Home gave us, from the day we first walked into the directors to the day we collected our father’s ashes (and beyond). We would like to make particular mention of Donna who was compassionate, kind, patient, helpful and always quick to come back with answers to any queries. Kevin was fantastically patient on the day when my sister and I had to make decisions about the actual funeral arrangements, and his advice and input helped us make our final decisions. Lorraine was great at covering for Donna whilst she was away for a few days, and offered the same level of care and attention. I am so pleased that we selected Harrison Funeral Home as they really made a positive difference through a difficult time for us.

Everything a funeral directors should be… and more.
My brother Ian passed away suddenly at the beginning of July; I have had experiences with funeral directors in the past after losing my parents. I could have easily gone back what I was familiar with but had heard excellent reviews about the quality of the service at Harrison’s so decided to use them instead and I am glad I did. A personable service from beginning to end; from the gentlemen who came to collect Ian’s body, Liz’s support planning the funeral and the funeral itself all managed with superb professionalism and compassion. I have to say a special thank you to Liz; she was so helpful, she was empathetic to my situation and did not try to sell me a package I couldn’t afford. She showed me the different options available and enabled me to give my little brother the send-off he deserved. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and she was extremely supportive throughout. An absolute credit to the Harrison Funeral Home. I would recommend the Harrison Funeral Home as they really supported what is a horrible thing to have to face.

Excellent service, compassionate staff
From the moment I first spoke [to]Harrison’s Highgate branch I felt a huge sense of relief. [They] anticipated all the things we needed to do, and was able to help me through the details, decisions and paperwork in an unhurried, efficient, and deeply caring way. We had a few wonderful conversations as we planned the cremation and interment, and we made sure our family member was laid to rest with dignity, and just as he would have wanted. Very good service

The help and advice from your team and also the lovely service personally orchestrated was not only memorable but made my husband Dave, Steves father’s funeral deeply moving and beautiful. Harrison’s bearers were very smart and positive. The team made certain that we could have my husbands beloved pet at the service. She also helped with some last minute medical papers so the funeral could go ahead smoothly. The flight of the doves at the end was a wonderful experience. Also to be given a Memorial book to commemorate my husbands passing was a lovely gesture. I cannot sing their praises enough on how gentle and considerate my son and I were treated from beginning to end of what is a very traumatic sad time by Harrisons Funeral Home. They are there for you every step of the way. On a more spontaneous note my fickle funeral wise sister in law said it was the most wonderful funeral she had ever been to, and at 80yrs she has experienced a few. Mum would have been proud
The team ensured my Mum had the most personal service last Wednesday. Mum was quite specific for her last farewell requests and they ensured we made it happen.
