Bush Hill Park Club in Enfield held a charity fundraiser over the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend for the Nightingale Cancer Support Centre, which we have match funded.
The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre’s mission is to help improve the quality of life of cancer patients, their families, friends and colleagues by supporting them in coming to terms with and cope with their changing lives.
All in all, Bush Hill Park Club members raised £450 for this wonderful cause. Harrison Funeral Home matched this amount, and then we rounded up the number, bringing the total donation to £1,000. These funds will help the Nightingale continue its invaluable work, supporting people in Enfield affected by cancer.
