Harrison Funeral Home was tonight presented with the Runner-Up Award for National Funeral Directors of the Year at the Good Funeral Awards 2015.
Of the award, Harrison Funeral Home Managing Director, Mark Catchpole (pictured) said, “I’m over the moon that Harrison’s has taken Runner-Up in the Funeral Directors of the Year segment.”
He continued, “It’s an honour to have been nominated in this category, and to finish on the podium is simply brilliant. To top it off, Ian Lavendar AKA Pike from Dad’s Army presented us with the award – what could be better!”
The Good Funeral Guide is the UK’s only not-for-profit, independent information resource for funeral advice. Each year they host the the Good Funeral Awards to celebrate excellence in the funeral profession across the UK.
This is the second consecutive year that Harrison Funeral Home has taken home awards from the Good Funeral Awards. We would like to thank them and the judges for this acknowledgement of service to our families. We would also like to say a huge thank you every member of staff – this is a team award and is shared across the company.
