We received this beautiful letter from one of our families today and wanted to share it with you.
Natasha, our first meeting immediately put me at ease, my family and I welcomed your kindness, compassion, knowledge, understanding and patience. Now, after the funeral, your aftercare continues- by liaising and supporting our family with Enfield council after their burial plot mix up. A testament to the kind and caring person you are.
Lee, and the team – on the day of my father’s burial you all excelled our expectations. Your professionalism, kindness, knowledge, compassion and understanding were appreciated by all the family. In particular your patience with my disabled and elderly mum – nothing was too much trouble for you all. You gave her the time she needed throughout the day.
I, myself personally appreciated on the day of my father’s burial, Lee and the team were professional and respectful but at the same time showed their ‘friendliness’, reflecting on the needs of my family. As the day went on, I felt like we were old friends. This became apparent when I ‘bumped’ into Lee and a couple of the guys in Edmonton cemetery. It was like bumping into old friends again.
Thank you to each and every single one of you. We look forward to a lasting friendship with Harrison Funeral Home (Enfield). We will have no hesitation in recommending you to all our family and friends.”
